360 Degree Appraisal

Sometimes the effects of our own actions are invisible to us, but are glaringly visible to those around us. That is where a tool like 360 degree feedback comes in really handy.

Appraisal360 allows users to get feedback from all the way around the circle. Feedback is sought from 6 trusted individuals (plus the person being appraised) via preset questionaire. The feedback is then processed by Appraisal360, and a report is generated that gives an all round view of the person being appraised.

This will help the individual being appraised to get a view of his or her own work, words, and actions from the view of others, and not just the boss. It's a valuable tool for evaluating staff, teams, or management. It can be particularly helpful in situations where there are problems in the office.
